Section 5. To vote in favor of an order mark in the box <br /> to the right of the word "YES". <br /> 2. To vote against an order mark in the box to <br /> the right of the word "NO" , <br /> 3. If you fold, tear, deface or wrongly mark <br /> this ballot, return it and get another. <br /> 1. <br /> Shall the order adopted on August 27, 1979, author- <br /> izing not exceeding $400,000 Health Care facilities <br /> Bonds of the County of Orange, North Carolina, for <br /> the purpose of providing funds, with any other <br /> available funds, for additional and improved health <br /> care facilities for said County, including the re- <br /> novation of an existing County building to provide <br /> a day hospital for out-patient mental health ser- <br /> vices, the construction of a sheltered workshop for <br /> handicapped and retarded residents of said County <br /> to replace an existing facility and the acquisition <br /> of any necessary land, furnishings and equipment <br /> therefor, and authorizing the levy of taxes in an <br /> amount sufficient to pay the principal of and the <br /> interest on said bonds, be approved? <br /> YES <br /> NO . ' . . . . <br /> 4 <br /> 2. <br /> Shall the order adopted on August 27, 1979, author- <br /> izing not exceeding $2,065,000 Public Building <br /> Bonds of the County of Orange, North Carolina, for <br /> the purpose of providing funds, with any other <br /> available funds, for additional or improved service, <br /> administrative, court and law enforcement facilities <br /> for said County, including the reconstruction, reno- <br /> vation and repair of existing County buildings to <br /> provide a human services center and expanded and <br /> rehabilitated facilities for the administration of <br /> the government of said County, the renovation of <br /> court facilities, the construction of a new County <br /> office building and related parking facilities to <br /> provide additional space for various County services, <br /> --15- <br />
