Shall the order adopted on August 27, 1979, author- izing not exceeding ~17,500,000 School Bonds of the County of Orange, '.north Carolina, for the purpose of providing funds, with any other avail- able funds, for erecting additional school build- ings and other school plant facilities, remodeling, enlarging and reconstructing existing school build- ings and other school plant facilities, acquiring any necessary land, furnishings and equipment there- for, and developing such land, in order to provide additional school facilities in said County to maintain the nine months' school term as required by Section 2 of Article IX of the Constitution, and authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal of and the interest on said bonds, be approved? 4. Shall the order adopted on August 27, 1979, author- izing not exceeding t-135,000 voting Machine Bonds of the County of Orange, worth Carolina, for the purpose of providing funds, with any other avail- able funds, for the acquisition of a voting system for said County, including voting booths, precinct ballot counters and related equipment, and authoriz- ing the levy of taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal of and the interest on said bonds, be approved? Each of the questions hereinabove set forth contains a statement of the purpose for which the bonds are authorized by the order referred to in such question. If said bonds are issued taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal and interest thereof will be levied upon all taxable property in the County of Orange. For said referendum the regular registration books for elections in the County of Orange will be used and the registration books, process or records will continue to be oxen for the acceptance of registration applications and the registration of qualified persons from 5t30 A—.!. until 5:00 p.rr. on ?'ronday to Frida.r•, inclusive, of each week at the Wg_
