The Board of Commissioners for the County of Orange, <br /> North Carolina, met in regular session in the County Commis- <br /> sioners' Room in the Orange County Courthouse in Hillsborough, <br /> North Carolina, the regular place of meeting, at 7:30 P.M. , <br /> on August 27, 1979- <br /> Present: Chairman Richard E. Whitted, presiding, and <br /> commissioners Chairman Whitted, Commissioners Anne Barnes, <br /> Norman Gustaveson, Norman Walker and Donald Willhoit <br /> Absent: None <br /> The Chairman announced that this was the hour and day <br /> fixed by the Board of Commissioners for the public hearing <br /> upon the orders entitled: "ORDER AUTHORIZING $400,000 HEALTH <br /> CARE FACILITIES BONDS", „ORDER AUTHORIZING $2,065,000 PUBLIC <br /> BUILDING BONDS", "ORDER AUTHORIZING $17,800,000 SCHOOL <br /> BONDS" and "ORDER AUTHORIZING $135,000 VOTING MACHINE BONDS", <br /> and that the Board of commissioners would immediately hear <br /> anyone who might wish to be heard on the questions of the <br /> validity of said orders or the advisability of issuing said <br /> bonds. <br />
