Public Information Meetings shall be held in fire stations.. They shall be scheduled by the Board of Cormissioners. a. Additional Meetin s: The Committee Chairperson may request autt3or i-- zation frown the Board o•f Commissioners to hold additional Public Information tl2etings. 'The request shall be submitted -in srritirrg to the Board of Commissioner no later than two (2) weeks prior to the date proposed. These m�etings shall be held in fire stations. b, Cancellation of Mge€:ings: hihenever there is no business for the Committee to discuss, the Committee Chairperson, may request euthori-- zation from the Board of Commissioners to cancel or delay a scheduled meeting. This request shall be submitted in writing to the Roavd of Commissioners no later than tyro (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date. c. Attendance: A, minimum of two (2) Committee members hall represent w e Committee at each Public Information Meeting. All property ooners and residents of the fire district shall be invited to attend the Public In`orimation Meetings. d. Notice: A rrinim!m of seven (7) days notice shall be given of each PLrts1ic Information Meeting. The order of business shall be as follows: 1) presentation by the Committee of proposed road names; 2) presentation by the Committee of names submitted by petition; 31 solicitation of citizens' caiTwients and Sugcgestions an proposed road names; 4) presentation by the Program Coordinator of house numbers assigned; 5) sol !citation of citizens` cor.mcnts and suggestions on assigned house numbers, Parliamentary Procedure shall be in compliance with Robert's Rules of Geder. ARTICLE VII - AMENDMENTS Amendments bo the By-1aws of the Orange County Roac1 Piaming Advisory cgiw}tree may be considered and approved by the affirmative vote of a majority of the membership of the Committee at aMy regularly scheduled meeting or special meeting, provided, however, that tirritten notice of the proposed amendment has been sent to each member at least seven (7) clays prior to the meeting. Upon approval , such amendment, shall he sub- mittcd to the Orange County Board of Commissioners for approval .
