Describe the methodology used by the Torras and the Couiay. c, Establish a zone, ringing each Town's, present extraterri- torial area, there house numpers would be assigned jointly by the To%ms and the County , Table 4 and Map R which follow indicate possible boundaries of the proposed zones. d. List all thoroughfares which cut across governmental juris- dictions and specify the house numbering system which will apply to the properties located along them. 1. The Toren of Hillsborough is the only exception to this, It assigns numbers only to property within its corporate limits since it has no extraterritorial area at this time_ 2.
