+ BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> County of Orange: <br /> Section 1. The proposed industrial and manufacturing <br /> project in Orange County, North Carolina consisting of <br /> acquiring a 20 acre site near Hillsborough, constructing <br /> thereon 2 one--story buildings each of approximately 25,000 <br /> square feet, and equipping the same with suitable machinery <br /> and equipment used in the manufacture of nameplates and <br /> other specialty items to be financed for W. H. Brady Co. , by <br /> not exceeding $2,000,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds <br /> of The Orange County Industrial Facilities and Pollution <br /> Control Financing Authority is hereby approved in principle. <br /> Section 2. The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for <br /> the County of Orange, North Carolina, is directed to file a <br /> certified copy of this resolution with' the Department of <br /> Commerce. <br /> Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately <br /> upon its passage. <br /> Commissioner Barnes moved passage of the foregoing <br /> resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL IN PRINCIPLE <br /> OF AN INDUSTRIAL AND MANUFACTURING PROJECT IN ORANGE COUNTY, <br /> NORTH CAROLINA, TO BE FINANCED FOR W. H. BRADY CO. , BY NOT <br /> EXCEEDING $2,000,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS OF <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND POLLUTION CONTROL <br /> t <br /> FINANCING AUTHORITY", Commissioner Norman Gustaveson <br /> seconded the motion, and the resolution was passed by the <br /> following vote: <br />
