Also <br /> The 'Tax Collector was not notified of any <br /> change of address. <br /> Mr. Sykes, Collector of Delinquent Takes, <br /> contacted Mr. Birmingham's wife in reference <br /> to said bills and received no response from <br /> Mr. Birmingham. <br /> The Tax Collector Certified said bills to <br /> Chatham County for Collection. Only aftet <br /> this action did Mr Birmingham contact the <br /> Tax Collector, or anyone in the office. <br />
