These indirect costs are calculated each year upon a <br /> request from the county Director of Social Services, and are computed from <br /> the actual documented expenditures of a county for central service <br /> departments that furnish services to the local Department of Social <br /> Services. <br /> The amount of indirect cost to be reported for participation by <br /> Orange County during fiscal year 1978-79 is $53,397.24, which divides <br /> evenly into $4,449.77 per month. As of this date, you have :reported a <br /> total of $21,438.20 for the period July, 1978 through April, 1979, or <br /> $23,059.50 less than the cumulative total ^urrently authorized. <br /> Therefore, on Part II of your May, 1979 Statrmeat of Administrative <br /> Expenditures (form DSS-1571), report. $27,509.27. Thereafter, report <br /> $4,449.77 each month through June 30, 19,9, for a cumulative annual <br /> reporting of $53,397.24. <br /> If you wish to claim indirect costs for fiscal year 1979-80, place <br /> this request through DHR Region III, Fayetteville, North Carolina.
