ORANGE COUNTY, N. C. <br /> COUNTY OFFICE BUILDINGS <br /> PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> WHEREAS The Board of Commissioners of Orange County has agreed to construct <br /> County Office Buildings, projects which involves the construction of capital <br /> assets, and, <br /> WHEREAS sufficient funds are available to Orange County from (the State <br /> of North Carolina and) from the Orange County General Fund to provide a balanced <br /> budget wherein services available for the project are equal to the appropriations. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, The Board of Commissioners of Orange County, North Carolina, <br /> in regular session assembled, do ordain; that: <br /> 1. The sum of $1,986,700 be appropriated for project construction. <br /> 2. The sum of $10,734 be appropriated for project equip.raent. <br /> 3. The sum of $24,470 be appropriated for project contingencies. <br /> 4. The sum of $35,204 is estimated to be available <br /> Title V of the Older American Grant, from a grant under <br /> 5. The sumo $1,986,700 is available by transfer from the General Fund. <br /> 6. This ordinance shall be entered into the minutes .of the-Board of Com- <br /> missioners of Orange County, and copies of the ordinance will be filed with <br /> the Finance Officer, the Budget Officer, and the Clerk to the Board within <br /> five days of its a8option, <br />
