7 4 - <br /> 4~ <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, N. C. <br /> LAND TITLE GRANT PROJECT <br /> PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> WHEREAS The Board of Commissioners of Orange County has agreed to enter <br /> into a project which involves a Federal/State grant as its major funding source: <br /> IUD Research Grant H-2894-R G, "Automated System for Land Title Recordation,' and, <br /> WHEREAS sufficient funds are available to Orange County from the grant <br /> and from the Orange County General Fund to provide a balanced budget wherein <br /> services availabl for the project are equal to the appropriations. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, The Board of Commissioners of Orange County, North Carolina, <br /> in regular sessioi assembled, do ordain; that: <br /> 1. The Sum of $59,597 be appropriated for personnel . <br /> 2. The sun of $49,271 be appropriated for operation. <br /> 8. The sum f $92,200 be appropriated for equipment. <br /> 4. The sum if $155,068 is to be available from the grant funds. <br /> 5. The sum of $46,100 is available by transfer from the General Fund. <br /> b. This ordinance shall be entered into the minutes of the Board of Com- <br /> missioners of Orange County, and copies of the ordinance will be filed with <br /> the Finance Officer, the Budget Officer, and the Clerk to the Board within <br /> five days of its adoption. <br />
