Wilson in the amount of $1200.00. A Formal Offer to purchase letter <br /> was mailed to the 5lzlsans on 4/24/79- Mr. Wilson telephoned on -:L. 8, <br /> 1979 and asked if a redesign could be done so a potential building lot 5 <br /> for one of his children would not be cut in half. I checked with Pridgen <br /> Consultants and they said this would not present any problems. I then <br /> called Don .4hite, our FUD Rep for easements, and he said to reappraise <br /> the new easement design, award just compensation, and write another Offer <br /> to Purchase letter. The re-appraisal was done on May 23, 1979. The <br /> recommended compensation mount is $100.00. <br /> The following is an agenda item for your considere,,on. <br /> The Community Development Task Force recommends reasonable <br /> and just compensation for a water and sewer easement be <br /> established for Robert D. and Constance R. Wilson in the <br /> amount of $100.00. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this matter.
