Ms. Cynthia Werts, Assistant Director, Office of Citizen Affairs , will review <br /> the role of the Orange County Involvement Council . <br /> 5. The Manager recommends the Board accept the low bid of Hewlett-Packard <br /> ($8,891.78) Jor a 9815A desk top computer and a 9871A character impact printer. <br /> 6. The Tax Coll ctor recommends the Board declare insolvent certain taxpayers named <br /> in the accompanying material and allow him to release tax bills of these <br /> individuals. <br /> 7. -`appointments: <br /> A. One vacancy exists on the Health and Medical Care Advisory Council . <br /> B. The Board should make initial appointments to the Land Title Records <br /> Advisory Committee. <br /> C. David Eng ish has resigned from the Recreation Advisory Committee. <br /> 8. The <br /> County Attorney will comment on a memorandum circulated by the <br /> Local Government Commission concerning Bond Counsel for the Industrial Facilities <br /> and Pollution Control Financing Authority, <br /> S. The Board of Education requests the Commissioners underwrite summer school <br /> breakfast and lunch programs. <br /> 10, The Board of Directors of O.W.A.S.A. has requested the Board of Commissioners <br /> consider certain alternatives for county involvement in the Cane Creek Reservoir <br /> Project. <br /> 11. The Manager submits a Memorandum of Agreement prepared by O.W.A.S.A., and <br /> relating to douse Bill 1436 dealing with assessment authority for that <br /> .. organization, for Board consideration. <br />
