11. The Man ger recommends 30 Public Service Employment positions, as <br /> described in the agenda supporting material , be approved. <br /> 12. The Manager, CETA Program Director and State Division of Community <br /> Employment recommend modifications in the staff of the Orange-Durham <br /> Employment Training Office as outlined in the memorandum from Steuart <br /> Rogers, �4gency Director. <br /> 13. The Finapce Director submits a budget amendment that will implement <br /> the reorganization outlined in Agenda Item 12. <br /> 14. The Register of Deeds requests the Board authorize its <br /> Chairman <br /> execute a contract for implementation of the Land Title Records Project <br /> with the State Department of Administration. <br /> 15. The Animal Protection Society submits its schedule of fees for Board <br /> consideration. <br /> 16. The Manager recommends the Board authorize its Chairman to execute a <br /> contract with the Animal Protection Society for operation of a County <br /> Animal Shelter. <br /> 17. The Planning Board recommends the Board approve the preliminary plan of <br /> Maple Court Subdivision. <br /> 18. On March th, the Board of Commissioners adopted a motion proposing a <br /> minimum 5 acre lot size in the University Lake Watershed as an interim <br /> measure. On April 25th, the Planning Board adopted a motion to the effect <br /> that they found no course at present to support 5 acre, residential zoning. <br /> 19.
