For copy of this letter, see page 319 of <br /> this book. <br /> Agenda Item 14: Executive Session <br /> Commissioner Barnes shoved, seconded by Commissioner Gust.aveson, <br /> the Board move into executive session to discuss a personnel matter, <br /> Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br /> because the Board does not yet have full information regarding this <br /> situation and, because the court case is pending, the Board does <br /> not feel it appropriate to take action at this time. The Board is <br /> seeking full details and will deliberate again at a later date.
