In other words, the Town is trying to solve <br /> its traffic Problems by means Of a Southern "Bypass at the <br /> expense of the citizens in this area of the County without <br /> addressin- the r2ost important approach -to a solution, na-mely <br /> the vietenin,;T of the 15-501 bypass.
