i <br /> r <br /> r -3- <br /> Section 2. There is hereby authorized and created <br /> under and pursuant to the Act a political subdivision and <br /> body corporate and politic of the State of North Carolina <br /> known as "The Orange County Industrial Facilities and Pollution <br /> Control Financing Authority". <br /> section 3. in furtherance of the foregoing purposes, <br /> the Authority shall have all powers granted by the Act, as <br /> the same may be from time to time amended, and such other <br /> powers as are now, or hereafter may be, conferred by law upon <br /> an authority created for the purposes hezeinabove set forth or <br /> necessary or incidental to the powers so conferred, or conducive <br /> to the furtherance thereof. <br /> Section 4. All legal matters and proceedings for <br /> the Authority shall be conducted under the supervision and <br /> direction of the County Attorney for Orange County. <br /> _- Section S. This resolution shall take effect immediately <br /> upon its passage. <br /> C�mmissioner Walker moved the passage of the foregoing <br /> resolution entitled- "RESOLUTION CREATING THE ORANGE COUNTY <br /> INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY" <br /> and7Commissioner Gustaveson seconded the motion, -and the <br /> resolution was passed by the following votes <br /> Ayes: Commissioners Unanimous <br /> Noes- <br />
