Whitted, presiding, <br /> and Commissioners A. Barnes, D. W.illhoit, N. Gust.aveson, N. Walker. <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also present: <br /> Commissioner Walker introduced the follow- <br /> ing resolution which was read: <br /> RESOLUTION CREATING THE ORANGE COUNTY <br /> INDUSTRIAL FACILITES AND POLLUTION CONTROL <br /> FINANCING AUTHORITY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for <br /> the County of Orange. <br /> Section 1. The Board of Commissioners has <br /> determined and does hereby declare: <br /> (a) That cinder and pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Chapter 159C of the General Statutes of North Carolina, as amended <br /> (the "Act"), and particularly Section 1590-4 thereof, the <br /> Board of Commissioners has filed with the Department of Commerce <br />
