This resolution shall take effect <br /> immediately upon its passage. <br /> Commissioner Walker moved the passage of the <br /> foregoing resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS <br /> TO THE ORANGE COUNTY INDUSTRIAL, FACILITIES AND POLLUTION CONTROL <br /> FINANCING AUTHORITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING <br /> OF THE AUTHORITY" and Commissioner Willhoit seconded the <br /> motion, and the resolution was passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners Whitted, Barnes, Willhoit, <br /> Gustaveson and Walker. <br /> Noes: None. <br /> I, Mary Lou Bouley, Clerk to the Board of Commis- <br /> sioners for the County of Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY <br /> CERTIFY that the foregoing; is a true and complete copy of so <br /> much of the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners for <br /> said County at a meeting held March 20, 1979, as relates <br /> in any way to the resolution hereinabove set forth, and that <br /> said proceedings are recorded in Minute,Book No. of the <br /> minutes of said Board. <br />
