-3-- <br /> None of the above-named Commissioners is an elected <br /> official of Orange County. <br /> Section 2. Each of the Commissioners herein <br /> appointed, before entering upon his or her duties, shall <br /> take and subscribe to an oath to execute the duties of his <br /> or her office faithfully and impartially, and a record of <br /> each such oath shall be filed with the Board of Commis- <br /> sioners for the County of Orange and entered upon the <br /> minutes of the next regular meeting. <br /> Section 3. The Clerk of the Board of Commis- <br /> sioners of Orange County is hereby directed to deliver a <br /> certified copy of this resolution and the resolution passed <br /> on March 5, 1979, entitled: "RESOLUTION CREATING THE ORANGE <br /> COUNTY INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING <br /> AUTHORITY" to each Commissioner of the Authority and to fix <br /> a time and place for an organizational meeting of the Commissioners <br /> of the Authority, not later than thirty calendar days after <br /> March 5, 1979, the date of creation of the Authority, for <br /> the purpose of (i) administering oaths to the Commissioners <br /> of the Authority hereby appointed, (ii) forming the Authority, <br /> (iii) electing officers for the Authority, which must include <br /> a chairman, vice-chairman, treasurer, secretary, and assistant <br /> secretary, (iv) adopting bylaws, (v) authorizing the secretary <br /> or assistant secretary of the Authority to send notice of <br /> creation of the Authority to the Department of Commerce of <br /> the State of North Carolina and the Local. Government Commission <br />
