THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> FOR <br /> THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, NOR'T'H CAROLINA <br /> Appointment of Members to Authority <br /> b <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of <br /> Orange, North Carolina, met in regular session at the <br /> Commissioners' Room at the County Courthouse in Hillsborough, <br /> North Carolina, the regular place of meeting, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> P.M., March 20, 1979• <br /> Present: Chairman Richard E. Whitted, presiding, <br /> and Commissioners A. Barnes, D. Willhoit, Gustaveson and <br /> N. Walker <br /> Absent: None <br /> Commissioner Walker introduced the following <br /> resolution which was read: <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ORANGE <br /> COUNTY INDUSTRIAL FACILITES AND POLLUTION <br /> CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY AND PROVIDING <br /> FOR AN ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE <br /> AUTHORITY <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION <br /> CREATING THE ORANGE COUNTY INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND POLLU- <br /> TION CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY" was passed by the Board of <br /> Commissioners for the County of Orange on March 5, 1979, but <br /> members have not yet been appointed to said Authority; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners for the County <br /> of Orange has determined to appoint the members of the <br /> Authority; now, therefore, <br />
