The Clerk s bmits minutes of Board meetings held December 19, 1978, <br /> February 5, 15, 20 and 23, 1979 for consideration. <br /> 4. A representative of the Chapel Hill League of Women Voters will request <br /> financial aid to assist the League with its publication, A Citizens <br /> Guide to Cha, el Hill , Carrboro and Oran e Count y. <br /> 5. 'The Planning Board recommends: <br /> A. The preliminary subdivision plan entitled "J. L. Wilson Estate, <br /> Phase 11", be approved. <br /> B. The Board of Commissioners approve a variance from the minimum <br /> 60' right-of-way requirement for the entrance road into Phase 11 <br /> of the J. L. Wilson subdivision. <br /> C. The Board of Commissioners approve a six month extension of time to <br /> complete oad improvements in the Rollingwood subdivision. 'These <br /> improvemen s presently must be completed by June 1, 1979. <br /> D. That the p titian to rezone from Planned Unit Development to <br /> Residential filed by Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Putnam be approved. <br /> E. That the B and of Commissioners enact a new section to the county's <br /> subdivision ordinance (7.3) entitled "Temporary Use Permit for <br /> Mobile dome ". <br /> F. That the Bo rd of Commissioners approve a petition to rezone from <br /> Resident <br /> ialto General Commercial filed by Raymond Williams for <br /> certain property on the west side of North Carn'Iina 86. <br /> 6. The Planning Dir ctor will review a tentative work schedule for that <br /> department. <br />
