By incineration in an incinerator that meets all <br /> requirements of the local, state and federal air <br /> pollution standards. <br /> 4. By any other method including reclaiming or <br /> recycling processes that have been approved by the <br /> Commissioners. <br /> ° B. Disposal of solid waste by any other method including <br /> t <br /> dumping is prohibited. <br /> C. Edgecombe County Landfill_ <br /> (1) Edgecombe County shall continue to operate its <br /> Landfill, to dispose of all solid waste generated by the <br /> 2 citizens of Edgecombe County. Every person using the <br /> t. <br /> n Landfill shall pay the prevailing charge for such use <br /> a <br /> except each resident. of Edgecombe County is allowed to <br /> ri <br /> carry up to four (4) twenty gallon dens each creek of <br /> a <br /> household solid waste to said Landfill free of charge_ <br /> (2) hours of operation at the Landfill and charges for <br /> GR its use shall be freed from time to time by the Commissia <br /> (3) Any .items delivered to the Landfill other than <br /> -; what is allowed free must be paid for by tlee person <br /> R- delivering the material to the Landfill operator_ <br /> r D. Edgecombe County Solid Waste Container System: <br /> Edgecombe County shall continue to locate containers <br /> throughout the County for use by residents to dispose of <br /> household solid waste at no charge subjr:ct to the rules <br /> ' hereinafter set forth. These containers shall be emptied at <br /> least twice each week and their contents taken to the County <br /> Landfill. <br />
