solid Waste Collector. _ means any person who <br /> collects or transports solid waste_ <br /> G. Solid Waste Collection Site - Any place at which a <br /> solid waste container is placed for the collection <br /> and temporary storage of solid waste pending <br /> periodic removal by the County solid waste collection <br /> to the County Landfill site. <br /> H. Solid Jjaste Disposal Site -- Any place at which <br /> solid wastes are disposed of by incineration, <br /> sanitary landfill or any other method approved by <br /> the Commissioners. <br /> 1. Solid Waste Disposal - The collection, storage, <br /> treatment, utilization, processing, or final <br /> disposal of solid waste. <br /> J. Authorized Representative The 6irdctor of Solid <br /> Wastes shall be the authorized representative of <br /> the Commissioners. <br /> Section 3 - SOLID WASTE STORAGE <br /> No owner, occupant, tenant or lessee of any premises <br /> shall permit hny garbage or other solid waste to accumulate <br /> upon such premises that is not stored in a manner approved <br /> by the Commissioners. <br /> Section 4 -- SOLID WASTE COLLEC'T'ION <br /> The owner, occupant, tenant or lessee of any premises <br /> upon which garbage is stored shall remove, or cause to be <br /> removed, all garbage from said premises at least once a <br /> week. The removal shall be done in a clean and orderly <br /> manner. Any solid waste that is spilled shall.. be-cleaned up <br /> and the premises left in a sanitary condition. <br /> Section 5 - SOLID WASTE TRANSPORTATION <br /> No solid waste collector shall transport solid waste in <br /> a conveyance that has not been approved by the commissioners. <br /> Vehicles or containers used for the collection and transportation <br /> of garbage or refuse containing garbage shall be covered, <br /> -2- -- <br />
