Examples of Training needs are: A) Record Keeping; <br /> B) Billing procedures; C) Patient flow handling; A) Filling out <br /> of F.P, forms. <br /> 2- Provide in--service training by staff-to-staff consultation and com- <br /> munication. The focus here is on updated information on family <br /> planning methods <br /> 3. Increase skills of the family planning aides in: <br /> A) Home visitation and interview effectiveness; <br /> B) Provision of education in the community. <br /> 4. Provide family planning in--service training to new health educators. <br />
