Does any B and member desire to modify this agenda? <br /> 2. Matters of public concern relating to: <br /> A. Items not on this agenda. <br /> B. Items on this agenda. <br /> 3. A public hearing to consider a Preliminary Assessment Resolution for financing <br /> certain paring assessments in the Colonial Hills area. <br /> 4. The Erosion Control Officer will report the owner of Boulder Run Subdivision <br /> has failed to comply with an order of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> 5. The County Attorney will : <br /> A. Reco end execution of a release instrument affecting Robin's good <br /> Subdi ision. <br /> B. Repor6, progress towards creation of a County Industrial Development <br /> Revenue Bond Authority. <br /> C. Repor outcome of an appeal to the North Carolina Supreme Court <br /> (Lloy� vs . Babb) of a case concerning certain election challenges. <br /> D. Reviev the present administrative- arrangement for the county's <br /> IV D, Child Support, Program and recommend changes. <br /> E. Advise the Board status of negotiations to convey a portion of the <br /> North Side property to the Chapel Hill Housing Authority. <br /> 6. The Planni ng Board recommends approval of the preliminary subdivision plan <br /> entitled, 1. L. Wilson Estate, Phase II, and of a variance from minimum road <br /> right-of-w y requirement. <br /> 7. The Health Director will : <br /> A. Repor recommendations from the Board of health concerning the <br /> count,� 's rabies vaccination program. <br /> B. Request tentative approval of the Health Department' s Family Planning <br /> budget for the coming fiscal year. <br />
