State of Endorsement from all Groups_ <br /> If special funding is approved for Orange County it will be administered <br /> and supported by Orange ASC County Committee, Orange County Soil and Water <br /> �-r <br /> Conservation District, Orange County Commissioners, ASCS, Soil Conservation <br /> Service, Agricultural Extension Service, NC Forest Service, Farmers Hone <br /> Administration, Central Production Credit Asscciation and many other local W- <br /> agencies. This would be in addition to the supporters of the Back Creek <br /> Reservoir Watershed Critical Area Treatment Project in Alamance County. <br /> We feel that the most important group of all is the farmers. They <br /> must be the ones that approve of this project for it to Work 100% effectively. <br /> This project is fully supported by the farmers.
