069 <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED; ' <br /> That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, €forth <br /> Carolina hereby authorizes the submission of an application for a State <br /> Grant under the Clean Water Bond Act of 1971 as amended for a waste water, <br /> collection system and water supply system, and, <br /> That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, North <br /> Carolina has substantially complied or will substantially comply with all <br /> Federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations or ordinances applicable <br /> to the proposed project; and, <br /> That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, florth Carolina <br /> will arrange financing for its share of costs of the project if approved for <br /> a grant award; and, <br /> That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, North Carolina <br /> will designate S. M.
