752 <br /> Section 2. In compliance with Section 159C-4(a) of the Act, <br /> the Board of Commissioners hereby directs the Clerk to file with the <br /> Department of Commerce of the State of North Carolina and the Local <br /> Government Commission of the State of North Carolina notice of its <br /> intention to adopt a resolution creating the Authority, which notice <br /> shall be in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT A. <br /> Section 3. This resolution shall take effect upon its passage. <br /> Commissioner Pinney moved passage of the foregoing resolution <br /> entitled: "RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF INTENTION OF <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO CREATE AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND POLLUTION <br /> CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY" and Commissioner Norman Gustaveson seconded <br /> the motion, and the resolution was passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners Richard Whitted, Norman Gustaveson, Jan Pinney, <br /> Donald Willhoit and Norman Walker. <br /> Noes: None. <br /> I, Mary Lou Bouley, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> County of Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing <br /> -2- <br />
