Orange County, in approving the request of <br /> Chapel Hill as herein provided, does so in further recognition of <br /> the Town's intention to amend its Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map <br /> to accomodate thq need within the extended area for zoning <br /> regulations which permit mobile homes on individual lots as now <br /> permitted in the County Zoning Ordinance and Land Use Man; which <br /> permit mobile home parks after application and receipt by the <br /> park developer of a special use permit; and which permit mobile <br /> home parks presently existinq in the extended area to continue <br /> to exist and operate under the zoning rules and regulations <br /> presently in effect in the County's Zoning Regulations. <br /> Section V2. This resolution shall take effect upon its <br /> passage. <br /> Commissioner Norman Gustaveson moved passage of the <br /> foregoing resolution and commissioner Jan Pinney <br /> seconded the motion.
