A meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Orange County, <br /> North Carolina, was held at Hillsborough, North Carolina, the <br /> regulax place of meeting, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. , on Monday, Augus <br /> 7, 1976 . <br /> Present: Chairman Richard Whitted, Dorman Gustaveson, Jan <br /> Prone , on WiIIhoit <br /> Absent: {Norman Walker <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLE FOR THE FINANCING BY <br /> ORANGE COUNTY OF THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE COST OF <br /> PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD #1819, ALSO KNOWN <br /> AS ADAM'S PLACE, NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD #1820 , <br /> ALSO KNOWN AS JEFFERSON DRIVE, NORTH CAROLINA STATE <br /> ROAD #1821, ALSO KNOWN AS WASHINGTON DRIVE AND NORTH <br /> CAROLINA STATE ROAD #1822 , ALSO KNOWN AS KENNEDY <br /> CIRCLE, IN ENO TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Orange Coun <br /> has directed the County Manager to prepare a Preliminary Assess- <br /> ment Role to contain a brief description of each lot, parcel or <br /> tract of land assessed, the basis for the assessment, the amount <br /> assessed against each, the terms of payment, and the name of the <br /> owner �f each lot, parcel or tract as far As this can be determin <br /> from the county tax records; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Manager has reported that the assess- <br /> ment role has been completed per the instructions of the County <br /> Commissioners . <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> The County Manager shall file the assessment rose as <br /> comple+d with the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of Orange <br />
