Koenigshaf'er will present a .report, "An Energy <br /> Conservation Program for Orange County and Chapel Hill ." .;�= <br /> 6. The Acting Planning Director will review a tentative recommendation <br /> from the Orange County Planning Board concerning extra territorial <br /> zoning jurisdiction of the Town of Chapel MIT. (Agenda Attachment II) <br /> 7. Commi ssi o er Pinney will review a proposal for an additional special <br /> education teaching position in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School System. <br /> 8. The Depar ment of Transportation has recommended -Funds programed for <br /> the paving of SR #1561 (Lawrence Road) be diverted to pave SR #1727 <br /> (Eubanks Road). Does the Board of Commissioners have any questions <br /> concerning this programming? (Agenda Attachment III) <br /> 9. The Directors of the Efland Volunteer Fire Department have requested <br /> the Board of Commissioners certify to the Department of Insurance a <br /> list of members of that department. <br /> 10. The Finance Director has requested the Board of Commissioners release <br /> certain u collected 1967 taxes. (Agenda Attachment IV) <br />
