Tune 26, 1978 <br /> Memo To: OrInge County Board of Commissioners <br /> From: Neal Evans, Finance Director <br /> Subject: Priposed EMS Capital Projects Ordinance Amendment <br /> The attached proposed amendments, in addition to those previously <br /> forwarded to you on June 23, are to provide funds in the EMS capital <br /> fund for the microwave equipment. We had discussed with you the <br /> encumbrance f these funds directly from the General Fund Central Dispatch <br /> account where they are now available. However, after giving. more thought <br /> to this matter, T feel it would be better to transfer them to the Capital <br /> Projects Funj to clearly relate then to the total project. The equipment <br /> items will be purchased at the original bid price and under the terms of <br /> the original proposal by Motorola, Inc. , the firm which is handling the <br /> remaining po bons of the project. <br />
