Commissioner Gu <br /> explain their feelings about the proposed 8 cent increased tax rate. <br /> He stated again that he would add the Human prooposesthatrtheator <br /> and the CETA conversions to the budget and would Fund and the Human <br /> CETA positions be funded from the Contingency <br /> Services Coordinator to come from various other sources.
