C. Members p 11 esent were Chairman Richard Whitted, Commissioners Norman Gustaveson, Jan Pinney, Norman Walker, and Donald Willhoit. The Chairman to the Board, Richard Whitted, referred to Item 11 on the ag�hda: The Manager recommends the Board approve a descrip- tion and map of the West Orange Fire District.'
