A BILL rO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE $172 ,000 TO THE <br /> ORANGE-PERSON-CHATHAM MENTAL HEALTH CENTER FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> IMPROVING, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. <br /> The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts : <br /> Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the <br /> genera, fund to the Orange-Person-Chatham Mental Health Center <br /> for the fiscal year 1978-79 the sum of $172 ,000 to be used as <br /> follows : <br /> (1) to provide a 6% salary supplement to all employee <br /> of the Center, the sum of $111,000. <br /> (2) to provide in--patient services for clients of <br /> the Center, the sum of $61,000_ <br /> Section 2. This Act shall become effective July 1, <br /> 1978. <br />
