Chairman itted explained that he felt the Health Board and Departme <br /> 7- had make a good start. He reminded the Boards that this is a tight budget <br /> 8» year and asked that the Department help the Commissioners by putting into <br /> 9 . perspective the priorities which must be provided immediately. <br /> 10 .
