Also the burner and controls <br /> are in bad sh pe. <br /> He and I both recommend the complete replacement of the boiler with <br /> a cast iron unit. This is the only type boiler that can be brought down <br /> the stairs no and if it is treated right should last a long time. <br /> Mr .
