Three of our four dperative chairs are kithout water. This <br /> necessitates)cutting teeth dry which is not a health situation. The pipe <br /> leaks periodically and makes the floor hazardous and unhealthy. <br /> The electrical wiring is inadequate for our instruments resulting in <br /> frequent overloads and shut-downs. This is very upsetting.for the patients <br /> and operators alike. This decreases our patient-handling capacity and <br /> seriously reduces our efficiency. <br /> Due to increased patient flow tae are very cramped and need to expand <br /> our facilitylto take ease of these patients. Therefore,we need a wall <br /> constructed, the ceilings lowered, and a new door opened. <br /> In general, the clinic is a health hazard and unsanitary because of <br /> the physical condition of the premises. To keep uA our good standards of <br /> service and help make the patients feel they are getting competent work <br /> the clinic needs a "face-Wt". <br /> I have )included a current plan of the facility and a plan for what <br /> are have in mind for the future. The specific needs have been previously <br /> listed and+ shown on the diagrams. With these changes we should be <br /> better able to serve the citizens of Orange County. <br />
