Upon motio of Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner <br /> 8. Gustaveson, it as moved and adopted to bring back to the table the motion <br /> 9 . to grant the refund of $109. 63 to Donald R. Smith. <br /> 10. The Chairmin called for a vote on the motion and all members of the <br /> 11. Board voted aye The motion was declared passed. <br /> 12. Item 10 : Appointments : <br /> 13 . A. Four v cancies on the Council for Women. This Council submits <br /> 1.4 . six names for the Beard' s consideration: 1) Myra Lee Crawford, 2) Lucy . <br /> 15. Liggins, 3) Ma cie McKie, 4) Betty J. Rogers, 5) Miriam Singer, and <br /> 16. 6) Melissa Col. Tufts. <br /> 17. The Coordir ator for the Commission stated she had received two addi- <br /> 18. tional names of persons wishing to serve on the Commission. ONe of these <br /> 19. names was that f April Hart. Commissioner Gustaveson recommends Bill Lessig be named to an at- <br /> 22 . large position o the EMS Council. <br /> 23 . Upon motio of Commissioner Pinney, seconded by Commissioner Gustaves <br /> 24 . it was moved that Bill Lessig be named to an at-large position to the EMS <br /> 25 . Council. It wa pointed out by the Chairman that Commissioner Walker has <br /> 26 , requested this ' tern be deferred at the March 21st meeting, and Commis- <br /> 27. sioner Walker had presently left the room during this discussion. <br /> 28 . Commission r Gustaveson then withdrew his second to Commissioner <br /> 29 . Pinney' s motion. The motion then died for lack of a second. <br /> 30.
