AGENDA ATTACHMENT' II Page 2
and medical. care needs of each community of Orange County and to periodically
report to the County Commissioners and to the people of Change County regarding
the spectrum of zervioes from which they might choose in their efforts to pro-
mote health and f edical.. care programs for the people of the county.
These perio is reports would contain sufficient detail to permit the County
Commissioners an the people of Grange County to understand the requirements
for implementing each program presented as an option and insofar as possible
to indicate the Expected costs of and benefits from each„ alternative. The report
would also be expected to indicate what effect new programs would have on the
programs that arE now in operation. This would require a careful inventory of
the current programs including their cost to the people of Orange County along
with the service that are currently being provided through each program.
The primary goal of this advisory council might be summarized by saying
that it would attempt to bring into focus in periodic reports to the County
Commissioners and people of Change County the health and medic,- care needs of
each community o Grange County in such a way that citizens can relate to what the
problems are and what their options are in moving to meet these needs.
Betty Compton Norman Gustaveson
Member of Board, Capital Health County Commissioner of Change
Systems Agency County
William J.
