The property is located in Chapel Hill Township of <br /> 16 . Eubanks Road next to the landfill, Access to the property is proposed <br /> 17 . through a 60 foot right of way to run down the property line from State Ro <br /> 18. 1727. A railroad track and two power line easements run through this pro- <br /> 19. perty. Mr. Nunn is proposing to build an auto repair shop for the rezoned <br /> 20. area. A goodly portion of the people living around the requested rezoned <br /> 21. area are kinfolks of Mr. Nunn. <br /> 22. Commissioner Willhoit stated this property appeared to have the same <br /> 23. problems as the Jones property, that he felt the entire area needed to be <br /> 24 . looked at in terns of rezoning. Commissioner Willhoit moved that this re- <br /> 25 . quest be referrei back to the Planning Board, and that they consider the <br /> 26 . entire area to d cide the most compatible use for the area. <br /> 27. This motion died for lack of a second. <br /> 28. Commissioner Gustaveson moved that the Planning Staff and Mr. Nunn <br /> 29 . meet and discuss a solution by which to provide protection to residents in <br /> 30. the area in term of some type of buffer to minimize the impact to the area <br /> Commissioner Pinney asked that Mr. Gustaveson include in the motion that <br />
