Recommendations received go directly to the appointing <br /> authority. This procedure has the approval of the Mayor's Office. <br /> C. EMS Council : <br /> Mr. Lacy Tinnen a County apoointee to the CMS Council does not <br /> attend Council meetings. Commissioner Gustaveson suggests Mr. Sill <br /> Lessig be named to replace Mr. Tinnen. <br />
