Stands . <br /> 8 . A preliminary Lot Evaluation fee is based on an average man day total <br /> 9 , cost of $.77.91. The average travel time and evaluation of the first acre <br /> 10 . is estimated to take one hour at a cost of $9 . 75 , and the average analysis <br /> 11. time for remaining acres at approximately three acres per hour on the same <br /> 12 . trip would cost $3. 25 per acre after the first acre. <br /> 13. Every lot iequires three services, soil analysis, inspection for im- <br /> rovements permits and inspection for certificate of completion, therefore <br /> 14 .
