AGENDA ATTACHMENT VI <br /> PLATS FOR CONSIDERATION <br /> MINOR SUBDIVISION: <br /> A. Carol Oldham: This plats shows a minor subdivision with a Class C <br /> private road originally approved in December of 1976. The property <br /> owner is requesting a one year extension of time to complete the <br /> road. The Planning Board recommends a six month extension be granted. <br /> FINAL PLATS: <br /> B. Rollingwood, Section 5: This plat depicts extension of an old <br /> subdivision and was reviewed in the preliminary phase by the Board <br /> of Commissioners a short while ago. The plat changes recommended <br /> by the Board of Commissioners at that time have been implemented. <br /> The Health Department has declined septic tank approval of two lots, <br /> #52 and #53. The Planning Board recommends approval of the subdi vi sior <br /> with the reservation that the subdivision plat be redrawn to show lots <br /> 052 and #53 not suitable for subsurface sewage disposal. <br /> C. Greenbriar .Estates: This subdivision of six lots in Eno Township <br /> was approved in August of 1977 subject to railroad approval for a <br /> private crossing. This approval was denied by the railroad therefore <br /> the plat is being resubmitted showing a new access. The Planning Boar <br /> has approved the revised plat. <br /> PRELIMINARY PLATS: <br /> D. Glen Parrish: This is in reality a minor subdivision of 1 .6 acres <br /> from a twenty-five acre tract. The property owner is requesting a <br /> variance from the sixty foot right of way requirement. The Planning <br /> Board recommends the plat indicate a sixty foot right of way in front <br /> of Mr. Parrh's property. <br /> E. Timberline. This subdivision was considered at the Board's January <br /> meeting and referred back to the Chapel Hill Planning Board for <br /> additional comment: Their comments are attached and will be reviewed <br /> by Mr. Minis. The recommendation of the Chapel- Hill Planning Board <br /> has not been reviewed by the County planning Board at this time. <br />
