said County who voted thereon at a referendum duly called <br /> and held, and a resolution duly passed by the Board of <br /> Commissioners for said County. <br /> It is hereby certified and recited that all acts , <br /> conditi ns and things required to happen, exist and be <br /> perform d precedent to and in the issuance of this bond <br /> by the onstitution and laws of North Carolina have <br /> happened, exist and have been performed in regular and <br /> due for and time as so required; that provision has been <br /> made foi the levy and collection of a direct annual tax <br /> upon al i property <br /> taxable within said County sufficient <br /> to pay the principal of and the interest on this bond as <br /> the sam shall become clue; and that the total indebtedness <br /> of said County, including this bond, does not exceed any <br /> constit tional or statutory limitation thereon. <br /> This bond may be registered as to principal only in <br /> accordance with the provisions endorsed hereon. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the County of Orange, by order <br /> of its Board of Commissioners , has caused this bond to be <br /> executed with the facsimile signatures of the Chairman <br /> and the Clerk of said Board of Commissioners, and a fac- <br /> simile of the official seal of said Board of Commissioners <br /> to be imprinted hereon, and has caused the interest coupons <br /> 5. <br />
