The Board of Commissioners for the County of grange, <br /> North arolina, met in regular session in the Courtroom of the <br /> orange County Courthouse in Hillsborough, North Carolina, the <br /> regula place of meeting, at 7 : 34 p.m. on January 23 , 1978 . <br /> Present: Co <br /> _NormanTWalke-r. Richard Whi tee , Donald. Willhoit, <br /> Absent: None <br /> The Chairman announced that this was the hour and day <br /> fixed or the continuation of the Public Hearing begun on <br /> December 5 , 1977 on the participating paving project in Section <br /> of MorTan Creek Hills Subdivision. The Chairman then called for <br /> a repot from the County Attorney. The County Attorney reported <br /> that h had been advised by the County Manager that all question <br /> concer ing the project raised by the Department of Transportatio <br /> had be n resolved and that the Department of Transportation was <br /> procee ing with the project as approved in the Final. Assessment <br /> Resolu ion and as set forth in the Preliminary Assessment Role. <br /> Thereupon, upon Motion of Commissioner Jan Pinney <br /> �, seconded by Commissioner Norman Walker <br /> and carried, the Preliminary Assessment Role <br /> for th financing by orange County of a portion of the local <br /> share cf the cost of paving Bayberry Drive , Azalea Drive, and <br /> Azalea Place , roads located in Section I of Morgan Creek Hills <br /> Subdiv' sion, located in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, <br /> North Jarolina, was confirmed in toto. <br /> The vote upon confirmation of the Assessment made agar <br /> , each property owner as set out in the Preliminary Assessment Role <br /> was : <br />
