• - t, .z - <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Orange, Nort <br /> Carols a, met in regular session in the Courtroom of the Orange <br /> County Courthouse in Hillsborough, North Carolina, the regular <br /> place f meeting, at 10:00 o 'clock a .m. on December 5 , 1977 . <br /> Present: Commissioners Norman Gustaveson Jan Pinney, <br /> Norman Walker, Richard Whitted, and Donald Willhoit. <br /> Absent : None <br /> The Chairman announced that this was the hour and day fix <br /> by the Board of Commissioners for the Public Hearing on the <br /> Preliminary Assessment Role filed with the Clerk of the Board of <br /> Commissioners of Orange County pursuant to the direction of the <br /> Orange County Board of Commissioners and pursuant to the Board ' s <br /> decision to finance a portion of the local share of the cost of <br /> paving Bayberry Drive, Azalea Drive , and Azalea Place , roads <br /> locate in Section I of Morgan Creek Hills Subdivision in Chapel <br /> Hill. Township, Orange County, North Carolina. The Chairman also <br /> announced that the Board of Commissioners would immediately hear <br /> anyone who might wish to be heard on the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Role. r. Don. Francisco advised the Board that the Department of <br /> Transportation had raised a question concerning inclusion of <br /> Azalea Place in the project. The County Attorney was directed b <br /> the Board to attempt to resolve the question and report to the <br /> Board. The public hearing was then continued pending the County <br /> Attorn y 's report. <br /> I, Agatha R.
