Aone new <br /> nelat <br /> of the same property has been P r P <br /> cul-de-sac , adding 25 new lots by reducing lot size and <br /> changing the subdivision from septic tank to sewer.: The <br /> Planning Board recommends subdivision approval conditioned <br /> upon: <br /> l) The .few lots not meeting minimum frontage requirements <br /> of the Subdivision Ordinance. be redrawn to meet this <br /> minimum. <br /> 2) That requirements imposed by orange Plater Sewer Authority <br /> to secure sewer service be met. <br /> E. Stoneridge: <br /> This plat proposes the subdivision of 453 acres near the <br /> intersection of State Road 1730 and 1 731 in Chapel. Hill o re- <br /> ship.
