The Manager recommends developing a contract with <br /> Integrated Energy Systems to perform certain energy <br /> conservation work and to add an energy conservation <br /> person to the County staff. <br /> The Manager recommends the County lease new office space <br /> in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro area in which the Drivers <br /> License Examiner could operate.
