Discussion has.involved the impact <br /> and general. ph!losophy of the regulations as well as the meaning, of <br /> specific sect. ns. However, no Council. has voted an specific recommendations <br /> at this point. <br /> The Chape Hill Advisory Council discussed the adopted Land Development <br /> Plan while the En6 Council discussed procedural. matters. Eno will discuss <br /> the Subdivisio Regulations at its December meeting. <br /> The Plann =9 Board approved operatins guidelines for the Advisory <br /> Councils (attached) to provide uniform guidelines for procedures which <br /> Board merabexs felt needed clarification. after several. mon�ths.;esperience <br /> with the Counc: s.
